The Samrat Power app has no accounts and no login. We hold personal information about you only if you have placed an order. You can ask us to delete it at any time, free of charge, using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Contact us by any one of these:
- Email samratpower@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”
- WhatsApp or call +91 98103 16115
- Tell us the mobile number you used when ordering. This is how we find your records — we cannot locate them without it.
- Say that you want your data deleted. You do not need to give a reason.
We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
What is deleted

What we must keep, and for how long
If you have completed a purchase, Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep a basic record of that sale — the invoice amount, date and items. We keep this for eight years from the date of the transaction, after which it is deleted.
Where possible we reduce that record so it no longer identifies you personally. If you have never placed an order, we hold nothing about you and there is nothing to keep.
Deleting data stored on your phone
Your shopping cart is stored only on your own device, not on our servers. To clear it, either empty the cart in the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Samrat Power → Storage → Clear data, or simply uninstall the app.
